Mallowmores

These are s'mores' slightly-less-messy cousin. I baked a large sheet of graham cracker dough and poured the marshmallow over it; once set I cut them into squares and covered them in chocolate. These are the perfect treat for a summer picnic.

My five inch miniature version combines four layers of delicate white cake with a rich walnut-apple butter filling, creamy burnt sugar frosting and decorative pecans.
